It's only been 2 weeks but the lock seems sturdy and I like the cover over the dials to keep water out. It hasn't rained since I put it on the shed doors so I'll have to see how it survives hurricane season.

Nice lock. I found the registration process was a bit extreme. I would have been happy to read a set of instructions and be done with it.

My key collection is getting out of control. I have too many locks, too many keys and I can never seem to find the right key when I need it. The combo padlock is a great idea. I had one for my shed for 12 years but it’s getting rusty and does not turn as smoothly. This unit is great so far. The combo numbers are covered with plastic for protection, and the metal shackle seems to be wrapped in plastic and pretty insulated from the weather. The unit feels heavy and well made so far. One issue: The package was new and sealed but no directions were included on how to change the lock or what the default lock was. I had to look that up online. Changing the default combo is very easy but it involves removing the small screw on top and screwing it back when finished. Great lock.

I purchased this lock two weeks ago and found it extremely easy to set my own combination. I use it on my snowmobile trailer, and I appreciate that the dial is protected with a cover, which prevents it from freezing up.
