Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, product availability, or other operational factors.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States using third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Title and Risk of Loss
All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier.
6. Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Squire Locks USA is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to resolve such issues.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can evaluate the issue.
8. Store Pickup and Local Delivery
We do not currently offer in-store pickup or local delivery.
