RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

1. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior authorization from Squire Locks USA. To initiate a return, you must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns submitted without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be in original, unopened packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

4. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or configured products (including keyed-alike, master-keyed, or special-order items)

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered

  • Gift cards

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error by Squire Locks USA.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.
